Farm to Table Dinner

Our teen independent learners hosted a Farm to Table dinner on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Chef Nilou Mostoufi crafted a six-course menu featuring produce and meats from local farms. This dinner was a culmination of the work the teens did supporting local farms and helping to create content for Vital Chain, a soon to launch website connecting local farms to consumers in a private community network to support Food Sovereignty. It also served as an appreciation dinner to celebrate the farms and farmers and the good work they continue to do to regenerate the land.
