True healing comes from healing ourselves first. We heal when our bodies are in tune with the natural rhythms of Mama Gaia. With the pace of living these days, it can be hard to tune in so we’ve asked Jeannine Brown of Cedar Moon Apothecary and Sarah Kelly of Inner Fire Apothecary to create products that will support our tuning in to the medicine of the earth.
